  1. Welcomes and apologies.
  2. Declarations of pecuniary interests and/or requests for dispensations from Members regarding any item on this agenda,
  3. To approve the minutes of last meeting held on 16th September 2023.
  4. To receive the Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report.
  5. To receive the South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report
  6. Planning Matters:

6.1 To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting

6.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications

6.3 To review all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals

7. Financial Matters:

7.1 To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and reconciliations as previously circulated by Clerk.

7.2 To approve the Schedule of Payments as previously circulated by Clerk.

7.3 To review actual spend vs budget as previously circulated by Clerk.

7.4     To review and accept updated CIL budget (Year 2 of 5).

7.5 To agree on budget for the coming year.

7.6 To review and approve the Clerk’s expenses.

8. Presentation of Risk Assessment and Review of Financial and Non-Financial Controls.
