  1. Declarations of pecuniary interests and/or requests for dispensations from Members regarding any item on this agenda.

 

  1. To approve the minutes of last Council Meeting, held on Monday 20th January 2025.

 

  1. To receive the Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report

 

  1. To receive the South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report

6. Planning Matters:

6.1  To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting.

6.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications

6.3  To briefly note all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals

 

  1. Financial Matters:

7.1 To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and reconciliations as previously circulated                by Clerk.

7.2    To approve the Schedule of Payments as previously circulated by the Clerk.

7.3    To approve the budget vs actual spending.

7.4    To consider and approve the CIL reconciliation for March 2025

 

8. Parish Matters

8.1 To debate on having an APM in April 2025 and if agreed to set a date for the meeting to take place.
