- To receive the Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report
- To receive the South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report
- 1 To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting
6.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications
6.3 To note all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals
- Financial Matters:
7.1 To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and reconciliations as previously circulated by Clerk.
7.2 To approve the Schedule of Payments as previously circulated by the Clerk.
7.3 To review the Actual vs Budget spend.
7.4 To review CIL spending and income.
- To review and adopt the Financial Regulations as previously circulated by the Clerk.
- Approval of Asset Register as previously circulated by the Clerk.
- Parish Matters – to review the drainage works to date and plan the next phase.
