AGENDA

1. To elect the Chairman of Council and to receive his/her Declaration of Acceptance of Office

2. To elect the Deputy Chairman and to receive his/her Declaration of Acceptance of Office

3. Apologies for absence

4. To receive Declarations of pecuniary interests and/or requests for dispensations from Members regarding any item on this agenda

5. Review and adoption of Standing Orders

6. Review and adoption of the Code of Conduct

7. Review and adoption of all Council Policies and Procedures.

8. To approve the Minutes of last Council Meeting (Monday 18th March 2024)

9. To receive the Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report

10. To receive the South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report

11. To consider the Completion and Approval of Annual Governance Statement 2023/2024

12. To consider the Completion and approval of Accounting Statements 2023/2024

13. Planning Matters: The latest Planning Report is available on the website and will be considered in the following format.

13.1 To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting.
13.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications
13.3 To briefly note all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals

14. Financial Matters: All financial documents have been circulated by the Clerk prior to the meeting.

14.1 To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and
Reconciliations.
14.2 To approve the Schedule of Payments.
14.3 To review actual spend vs budget.
14.4 To review CIL reconciliation.
14.5 To review and approve the Clerk’s annual expenses.
14.6 To review and approve the Chair’s annual expenses.
