Emergency embankment remediation works are to be carried out on a section of the A4155 Henley Road, commencing on Monday 21st August. The letter A4155 Henley Road letter to residents 08-08-2017 explains what the works will involve and what access arrangements will be put in place for residents.
Phase 1 of the works are scheduled to start on Monday 21 August and will be initially carried out using temporary traffic signals, and will last 1 week. Phase 2 of the works are scheduled to start on Tuesday 29 August and will be carried out under full road closure conditions and are expected to take 9 weeks to complete. During Phase 2 the section of the A4155 from the Playhatch roundabout to the junction with Spring Lane will be closed.
