South Oxfordshire District Council has commenced a Community Governance Review of the whole of the district. The purpose of this review is to enable the council to consider what changes, if any, are needed to the existing parish arrangements within the district.
The council is now conducting the first stage of the review process and is inviting residents and interested organisations to submit their views on the parish matters set out in the terms of reference.
The council has published the terms of reference document for the review (subject to any additions made by the council’s chief executive before 30 November in accordance with the delegated authority given to him on 24 October 2013).
