Oxfordshire County Council is organising a series of public events to discuss the future of transport and needs of different parts of the county
On Wednesday 16th July at 7.00pm the 'Connecting Oxfordshire' roadshow will be at Henley Town Hall. This will give the residents of Henley, Harpsden and the surrounding areas an opportunity to see the presentation, and quiz the County Council on the high level strategy of keeping Oxfordshire open for business whilst encouraging – and courting – significant economic growth in the centre of the county. No doubt the Reading 3rd bridge issue, HGVs, air quality and general road congestion will be raised.
The event will also allow people to contribute to the next local transport plan (LTP4), which is currently being written.
