Joint Henley Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan

Joint Henley Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan

SODC has committed to finding land for at least 400 new homes in Henley and Harpsden. You can help to decide where these new homes will be and what are the other key issues for the 2 communities by getting involved with the Neighbourhood Plan. Following the successful launch of the plan earlier this month, there are further drop-in information sessions being held at Henley Town Hall on Thursday 26th September from 12noon until 8pm, on Friday 27th September from 4pm until 8pm and on Saturday 28th September from 10am until 4pm. Residents are also needed to join the Working Groups that will write the Neighbourhood Plan – starting in early October these groups will come together in professionally facilitated workshops to review the issues, evidence and sites before they go to public consultation. Once the Neighbourhood Plan is finalised in draft form it will be the subject of a local referendum.

To become part of the team that will put the plan together, you can sign up using the registration form on the Neighbourhood Plan website www.jhhnp.co.uk or complete and return the printed questionnaire on page 13 of this week's Henley Standard.
