As you are aware the Joint Henley Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan will set out a vision for the future of Henley and Harpsden to 2027. Working Groups made up of volunteers from both Henley and Harpsden have been developing the Neighbourhood Plan over recent months and have established draft visions, objectives and site assessment criteria. The list of potential housing sites has also now been clarified.
The Plan is now in its first public consultation phase and is seeking the public’s views on the work undertaken so far. It is also looking for initial feedback on all the potential development sites. No housing sites have been decided so far – your views will help determine the best sites for development and there will be further consultation on the preferred sites in spring 2014.
Please do take the time over the Christmas and New Year break to have a look at the consultation boards on display at Henley Town Hall. We would also urge you to complete the questionnaire which is available online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/jhhnp or which can be downloaded with the wider documentation from www.jhhnp.co.uk/evidence-base. The deadline for submission of the form is January 13th 2014.
