A six-week Public Consultation period will take place between Friday 16th May & Friday 27th June 2014 when comments and suggestions can be made on the Draft Joint Henley-Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan.
The easiest way to make comments is using an online survey, which can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/s/JHHNP. Both the draft plan and questionnaire will be able to be downloaded from the www.jhhnp.co.uk website from the downloads section during the consultation period.
In addition there will be:
• A fixed display in the foyer of the Henley Town Hall between Friday 16th May and Friday 27th June.
• A drop-in exhibition in the Council Chamber at Henley Town Hall on:
Friday 30th May (12-8pm) & Saturday 31st May (10am -4pm)
Wednesday 25th June (5-9pm) & Thursday 26th June (5-9pm).
• Town and Parish Councillors will also be holding local events during the period, which will be advertised.
