To elect the Chairman of Council and to receive his/her Declaration of Acceptance of Office
To elect the Deputy Chairman and to receive his/her Declaration of Acceptance of Office
Apologies for absence
To receive Declarations of pecuniary interests and/or requests for dispensations from Members regarding any item on this agenda
To approve the Minutes of last Council Meeting (Monday 20^th March 2023)
To receive the Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report
To receive the South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report
To consider the Completion and Approval of Annual Governance Statement 2021/2022
To consider the Completion and approval of Accounting Statements 2021/2022
Planning Matters: The latest Planning Report is available on the website and will be considered in the following format.

10.1 To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting.

10.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications

10.3 To briefly note all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals

Financial Matters: All financial documents have been circulated by the Clerk prior to the meeting and are available on the Council website.

11.1 To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and Reconciliations.

11.2 To approve the Schedule of Payments.

11.3 To review actual spend vs budget.

11.4 To review CIL reconciliation.

11.5 To consider a financial contribution to Joint Parish AONB Group.

12.1 To discuss the possible purchase of ‘Gates’ for the entrance to the Village.
