- Welcomes and apologies.
- To co-opt the new Councillor.
- Declarations of pecuniary interests and/or requests for dispensations from Members regarding any item on this agenda.
- To approve the minutes of last Council Meeting, held on Monday 15th January 2024.
- To receive the Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report
- To receive the South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report
- Planning Matters: Report to be circulated.
7.1 To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting.
7.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications
7.3 To briefly note all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals
- Parish Matters
8.1 To debate on having an APM in April 2024 and if agreed to set a date for the meeting to take place.
8.2 To discuss the possible purchase of ‘Gates’ for the entrance to the Village.
8.3 To note progress on the possible extension of the AONB
- Financial Matters:
9.1 To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and reconciliations as previously circulated by Clerk.
9.2 To approve the Schedule of Payments as previously circulated by the Clerk.
9.3. To approve payment of all annual donations at the Clerk’s discretion during the financial year 2024-25.
9.4. To consider and approve the CIL reconciliation for March 2024 and to consider a donation to HTC regarding the Highland Park bus service.
