- To approve the minutes of last Council Meeting on Monday 21st November 2022.
- To receive the Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report
- To receive the South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report
- 1 To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting
6.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications
6.3 To briefly note all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals
- Financial Matters:
7.1 To ratify the decision to spend £1500 on land assessment needed to qualify for an extension to the Chiltern AONB.
7.2 To reconsider the case for investing CIL monies and to revise and adopt CIL budget for the year 2023.
7.3. To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and reconciliations as previously circulated by Clerk.
7.4 To approve the Schedule of Payments as previously circulated by the Clerk.
7.5 To approve the new budget for the year
7.6. As related to the budget to agree to request a Precept of 10,000 for the coming year.
7.7 To review the Clerk’s salary.
- To review and adopt the Financial Regulations as previously circulated by the Clerk.
- Approval of Asset Register as previously circulated by the Clerk
