- To approve the minutes of last Council Meeting, held on Monday 16th January 2023.
- To receive the Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report
- To receive the South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report
- Planning Matters: Report to be circulated
6.1 To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting
6.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications
6.3 To briefly note all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals
- Parish Matters
7.1 To debate on having an APM in April 2023 and if agreed to set a date for the meeting to take place.
7.2 To discuss possible Coronation celebrations.
7.3 To discuss the possible purchase of ‘Gates’ for the entrance to the Village.
- Financial Matters:
8.1 To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and reconciliations as previously circulated by Clerk.
8.2 To approve the Schedule of Payments as previously circulated by the Clerk.
8.3. To approve payment of all annual donations at the Clerk’s discretion during the financial year 2023-24.
8.4. To consider and approve the CIL reconciliation for March 2023.
8.5 Approval of Asset Register as previously circulated by the Clerk (This item was postponed from the January meeting).
