Joint Henley Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan

After several months of engagement with their local community, Henley Town and Harpsden Parish Councils have developed and submitted the Joint Henley and Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan.  SODC is opening a six week publication period to enable you to comment on the submitted proposals.  To view details of the documents that have been submitted please visit http://www.southoxon.gov.uk/services-and-advice/planning-and-building/planning-policy/neighbourhood-plans/henley-harpsden-joint-.  Hard copies of the document are available at the district council offices, Henley Library and Henley Town Council Offices during normal opening times.

The Joint Henley and Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan Neighbourhood Plan looks at five key areas for policy development. These are the Housing, Transport, Social Infrastructure, Retail, town centre and economy and finally Environment.

The publication period runs from 7 August 2015 to Friday 18 September 2015, closing at 4.30pm.  All comments received as part of this publication will be submitted to the examiner as part of the examination process.  We recommend that you use the comments form provided or a letter in a similar format to planning.policy@southoxon.gov.uk or send letters to Planning Policy, South Oxfordshire District Council 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, OX14 4SB. If you would like to be notified about the decision whether to ‘make’ the neighbourhood plan following examination, please also include this in your comments.
