- Declarations of pecuniary interests and/or requests for dispensations from Members regarding any item on this agenda.
- To receive and sign the Civility & Respect Pledge.
- To receive and sign the new Code of Conduct.
- To approve the Minutes of last Council Meeting (Monday 18th July 2022)
- To receive Oxfordshire County Councillor’s Report
- To receive South Oxfordshire District Councillor’s Report
- To discuss raising awareness of the JHNNP and the referendum to accept it.
- Planning Matters: The latest Planning Report is available on the website and will be considered in the following format.
9.1 To review SODC Planning Decisions since the previous meeting
9.2 To consider for comment all new Planning Applications including
9.3 To briefly note all Outstanding Planning Applications and Appeals
10. Financial Matters:
10.1 To consider and approve the Financial Report containing all Bank balances and Reconciliations.
10.2 To approve the Schedule of Payments.
10.3 To review actual spend vs budget
10.4 To review CIL money and agreement to retain CIL funds received to date.
10.5 To approve the Statement of Internal Control.
- Maintenance of Council Property.
To add the trimming and general upkeep of Hunt’s Green to the Clerk’s calendar and agree to the Clerk requesting Luke Hooker to do the work at the agreed time.
